Top Five Tuesday | Series I’d Like To Start ’19

So, it’s getting closer to the end of the year, and I told myself that this year would be the year for series. However, looking back on what I’ve read this year, there hasn’t been many series I’ve started (or completed) at all. So, I thought I’d dedicate this week to the series I’d love to read, but just haven’t gotten around to yet.

The Lunar Chronicles | Marissa Meyer

This series has been in my ‘Want to read’ folder for so long, and yet I still haven’t delved into it. The first in the series, Cinder, is currently collecting dust on my bookshelf, but hopefully I’ll be motivated to read it soon.

The Selection | Kiera Cass

Another one that has been in my ‘Want to read’ for an incredibly long time. The covers are gorgeous, continuing to lure me in but I just haven’t felt up to purchasing the first instalment yet. Hopefully, I’ll pick it up soon so that I can finally tick it off my list.

The Wolves of Mercy Falls | Maggie Stiefvater

I’m honestly ashamed of myself for having to put this series on my list. Yes, I call myself a fan of the author, but I’m yet to have read a single book in this series. Yet again, I’m hoping to soon, but we all know that soon could mean any time in the future.

Fallen | Lauren Kate

I feel as if this series would have been one of my favourites as a child, the beautiful covers just screaming younger Louise at me. However, I’ve never picked them up. Yet again, I own the first in the series, Fallen, but it finding a new home on my bookcase is the furthest I’ve ever gotten to reading it.

The Bone Witch | Rin Chupeco

I finally own the first instalment of this series now thanks to YALC earlier this year, however, I’m yet to pick it up. The cover is simply gorgeous, I fell in love the moment I saw it, which I think is partly why I haven’t read it yet; My expectations are just too high.
