‘The Self-Worth Path: A Guided Journey to an Empowered Life’ is a self-help guide from Lisa Papez, YouTuber, Tarot Reader, and Yoga Teacher. Can you imagine what your life would look like if you could meet yourself with compassion, every single day? Accept your body, maybe even grow to love it, exactly as it is? Prioritise yourself and your needs, without feeling selfish? You may not know it yet, but the real power of The Self-Worth Path is already within you. All you have to do is take the first step.
‘The Self-Worth Path: A Guided Journey to an Empowered Life- has been on my To Be Read list since it was released last year, and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it and follow Lisa Papez’s 21 stepped journey along with the accompanying YouTube videos that she created. Needless to say, this book was a sheer delight to read.
The 21 steps are guided by Papez and her wonderful writing style, I simply couldn’t bring myself to put this book down, absorbing every page with its wisdom and experiences. Lisa Papez doesn’t simply advise you with these steps, she guides you along with her own personal experiences of what you might be feeling, and how to overcome those obstacles in your life. Every page has their own nuggets of wisdom, and you can’t help but follow along with the journal prompts that accompany the advice, along with things to ponder about and consider.
Lisa Papez has an elegant writing style, one which is welcoming and approachable, and yet full of enthusiasm and intelligence. She’s done her research to create this guide, which is clear with a solid set of references and studies. You can trust her, having experienced many things within her life and moving through the 21 steps with her hand solidly gripping yours. You don’t feel alone reading this guide, as you know Lisa Papez will greet you with understanding, patience, and sympathy.
Overall this book is a wonderful guide, one which I will return to time and time again.
5/5

That’s really good to know it was so helpful and you want to go back from time to time for those reassurances and reminders. 💜
