It’s that time of the month again, it’s time for your Monthly Forecast! For those curious, all you have to do is choose a pile of cards below, scroll to that pile’s subheading and receive this month’s tarot reading. Feel free to drop a comment below of what you thought!
If you’re uncertain of what this means, it’s a simple, generalised tarot reading for you. As mentioned in last month’s reading, I’m fairly acquainted with tarot now, having been studying for a few years, however, that does not mean that I’m in any way a professional. I’m just doing this for fun and practice.
For this monthly forecast, you don’t have to be well-versed in tarot or oracle, there are no requirements, and you’re welcome to scroll down and read them all if you want to. Just enjoy the reading in whatever way you feel most comfortable with.
The entire reading might not apply to you, remember this is a general reading for the blogging community, but take the reading however you wish and embrace the message that the cards bring.
The decks I’m using this month is Murder of Crows Tarot by Corrado Roi and The Halloween Oracle by Stacey Demarco, getting spooky this October.

If you chose… Pile 1:

“I walk in their footsteps
Their wisdom inside me remains
I am unique, yet carry a legacy
Their blood runs in my veins.”
– The Halloween Oracle
For Pile 1’s, this month is going to be all about your own power. The Ancestors Card is here to remind you of that and the fact that you have the support of those who came before you. You’re not alone in this, but it is your decision to come into your own power and face it. The 8 of Cups urges you to go further, to choose a new path, whilst the Ace of Cups highlights the birth of something beautiful. Your dreams are manifesting before your eyes and it’s up to you to gather the strength to achieve them. It’s a good sign, however, as The World card implies a completion of a new cycle. If you come into your own power, it will only end in success.
If you chose… Pile 2:

“A wrong is done
Consequence you cannot deny
But to hold a grudge is to drink poison
and think that the other person
will die.”
– The Halloween Oracle
Pile 2 discusses the action of forgiveness as it states with the Forgiveness card, and what it means to forgive and release that burden as soon as possible for your own health. This also means the act of forgiving yourself too. The Magician card highlights the strength of will needed to pursue the act of forgiveness, whilst the Ace of Wands implies you have an abundance of energy and potential to start on this new path. The Justice card shows balance, meaning you’re taking the right action in doing so and this can only end peacefully. You can learn to forgive those around you and yourself, you just need to release those burdens.
If you chose… Pile 3:

“Stalking and stomping
Eyes shining and begging baskets
Face and bodies
that are no longer ours
Laughing, skeletons and candy caskets”
= The Halloween Oracle
For Pile 3’s, this month is all going the act of mischief and play, as indicated by the Trick or Treat card. It discusses the act of being unafraid to make mistakes, similarly to how a child would react, letting go of those anxieties and pressures and being free. The Wheel of Fortune card shows that you have opportunities to do so, but you have to take them as soon as they are fleeting. The Hermit implies that this freedom will give you the opportunity to do some soul searching, and it can be done in solitude so you don’t have looming anxieties around you. However, by embracing the inner child, the Strength card says you have the opportunity to overcome those inner demons and find the power that resides within.
