So, since the release of Shadow and Bone on Netflix, I’ve been thinking a lot about the quality of films and television shows that were adapted from books. There’s so many good ones out there, that I thought I’d compose a short list of a few of my favourites.

Happy new year! As it’s the first week of January I thought I’d take the time to celebrate the best reads from last year. In 2020, I managed to read a grand total of 76 books, and luckily many of which were 5 star reads. So, creating a top five is going to be a little difficult, but I enjoy the challenge!

Top Five Tuesday | Books in my Audible library

So, it’s been a while since I’ve written one of these posts, having had to take a step back from the blog and concentrate on personal circumstances. However, even though I haven’t been reading much, that definitely hasn’t stopped me from downloading a bunch of books each month. My Audible library is looking a little cramped right now, but it’s nothing that a few days commuting cannot help!
